We’re looking for a Project Manager to be the primary relationship manager for our brand clients that sell products on Amazon. Our Project Managers act as fierce advocates for each brand we represent. They manage internal teams focused on optimizing products for maximum retail results as well as overseeing all aspects of the brand’s customer service and support needs. Since our brand clients have empowered us to be responsible for a significant portion of their retail sales, our Project Managers have to make our clients feel like we’re an extension of their team through effective, proactive communication – via consistent reporting, strategy sessions and a deep commitment to the relationship – to keep growing their business.
This is a full-time, mostly virtual position that has potential for medical benefits and a Simple IRA matching program.
